I'd like the whole "Dr." thing in my name too...better than "Mrs." it reminds me of old concubines with sewing machines...

this is a really nice post. i have a tremendous amount of respect for any "stay-at-home" parents. it's probably one of the most trying 'occupations' out there, and it's not even salaried or guaranteed benefits.

anna quindlen has written some really interesting columns.
