hessica jallock indeed! it's difficult to get inflection across online, so in case the joke isn't getting through? the "hessica" thing came from dobler completely bastardizing my name... so it's jessica hallock, really. i just started using [hj] in communicating with the livejournally kids.
i had actually seen your journal before (i just check dibarry's friends list anymore, as it's a ton easier than checking individual pages (that's right mark, i'm using you)), and yet still didn't comment for some reason? probably because i'm a dork, and haven't concentrated it in a single corner the way you claim to have. but yeah, if dobler thinks you're a cool kid? then you're most definitely a cool kid. (that was meant to be a compliment to you, but looking over it just now i realized how weirdly narcissistic it could sound... so to clarify: YOU are a cool kid.)
the "warm fuzzy" comment was meant to be sarcastic; i had a feeling that was where the whole thing was going... and damn. that's. crazy? i don't know. i'm seriously holding back from getting hallmark-y about it right now, and i'm not a very hallmark-y person! but you seem like a tough cookie. glad you decided to stick around.
&speaking of stick (bad pun!)? the way you're talking about him, i'm surprised that dobler has a problem with the little pony... stick seems like a far more immediate threat.
as to the ps, thanks! my camera's a pretty spiffy piece of equipment, which definitely helps. if i ever get up to edinborough i want a group shot replicating the birthday card.
