“This is bad.” Becker muttered as they headed towards the anomaly site at the funfair. Becker ducked inside the tent indicated. Within moments he came out, white as a sheet, breathing heavily.
“What is it?” Connor asked with trepidation, “raptor, future predator?
Becker shook his head. Connor grabbed the locking device and stepped inside.
A few minutes later and Connor announced the anomaly locked with no sign of a creature incursion. “So, you have Coulrophobia.”
Becker turned to Connor in confusion.
“A fear of clowns.” Connor lowered his voice in a conspiratorial whisper, “It’s ok - I think they’re creepy, too!”
