Hmm. You might like Jiraishin. It's a cop drama manga I downloaded from a friend. I don't think the main character is 30+, but he's an adult. And there's tons of violence and psychological mindfuckery. Art is shakey at first, but gets really good later on. Has some kickass female characters too.

Well there did used to be Z.O.I.D.s (( okay, it may have been sucky and stuff, but I liked it xD)) and quite a few of the main characters were at least in their 20's or so.

I think. xD ^^;
