Ohmygawd, Raps, I so very, very sympathise with you.
Dec/Jan can rot and die for all they're worth.
My mother also had heart probs in late Dec (heart attack 2 days before Christmas -___- as well as diabetes diagnosis) so I know how you and your family must have felt.
I hope your mother is doing well and send you and your family all my best wishes.

Um. Wow. All I can think to say is that I admire you for dealing with everything you do. And you don't deserve all the bad things you go through. Someone said it a while back, maybe Virage, that you better be in for some huge-ass fucking karmic reward. I hope February is a lot better for you. *hugs*
