familiar places; familiar faces
this whole past week has been pretty sweet.
my first week of my sophomore year of college went decently.
i saw a lot of amazing people at school and around tonawanda!
-matt and i have a class together! we figured out a week before classes started that we're in psych101 together.
it's sweet because we get to spend more time together.
and we even went up to canada friday night and had an unforgettable time!
-dan and i also have a class together - television production.
i found it ironic that we have another communication class together, because we first met in our visual communication class last semester.
when i first walked into that class last monday, and saw him standing there, i can't even tell you how excited i was!
i just hope that we can get back to hanging out like we did last semester, and get closer.
-i love that i have my art history class with my katie*baby and chad!
they both make my school days start out great!
those are two of the greatest people around, and i am so happy to be such best/close friends with them!
-i finally got to see alyssa on friday!
we met up on our break and went and got food and sat in the library and laughed and had very interesting conversation.
i love that girl!
-and, to my surprise, i saw sam on friday, also.
and how it happened - was like right out of a movie.
i walked out of the women's bathroom in the classroom building..
i start walking and look up to see a guy walk out of the men's bathroom..
i see his face light up, and i hear him go "jamica!"
no one was in the hallways or around us..
and we just ended up in each others' arms!
we sat down and talked and caught up somewhat..and it was all just so great!
it turns out that he really didn't lie to me - and that he doesn't have a cell phone anymore..but he's working on that.
i was just really happy to see him because i have not seen him or talked to him since the 1st week of may.
hopefully we keep seeing each other, and possibly hang out on our break.
-tuesday i hung out with caitlin j for the night!
i haven't really seen or hung out with a lot of people lately - and i've been missing her so much!
so we went to the mall and i bought the new chiodos cd!!!!
and then we went to target and then to panera - just to leave because they still don't have any fufu berry jones soda! :(
we ended up going to the timmy ho's near the river and saw kogut and ate our bagel and chicken noodle soup.
we did a lot of catching up and had some amazing conversation. i love her so much!!
-i really miss amanda murdaaaa!
but i randomly saw her in the drive-thru at work!
and then i saw her tuesday night after i dropped off caitlin j. we both ended up getting gas at a-plus lol.
i can't help but love/miss that girl!
-yesterday i was driving home from school and i happened to see kellie and carmen getting gas.
so i honked at them and they told me to pull into the parking lot. and they invited me to come to panera with them.
so we all went to panera and had fun and it was so great to hang out with those two!
i have not even seen kellie in god knows how long..so it was wonderful seeing her!
and i haven't seen carmen in awhile, and have missed her a lot, too!
so being able to see and hang out and catch up with those two was a lot of fun!
things are looking up. and i hope things keep progressing and getting better.
i am very thankful for the wonderful people that are in my life!
