New city, same McDee
So I be back in Melbourne...... kinda knew I would end up here again someday, was not expecting it to be so soon though. I liked Sydney (still do), don't doubt that, but I kinda realised that I was not what Sydney was looking for in a city. you know that odd feeling that you get when you are home, yeah I get that here.
I have fallen into the city like a ball falls into a hole when it is right on track.... perfectly. I know now I had to leave this palce to become more happy in it. What is it they say... "If you love something, set it free". Well Melbourne set me free and I came back, guess it's a match made in heaven. The kind of story where city meets boy, boy leaves city for a bigger flashier city, boy returns to city knowing that he should never left. I hope Melbourne can forgive me for my two year fling with that other place up north.
