So, yesterday's workout seemed pretty simple, so I'll post it even though it's been a while wince I've posted. Rest assured that I have been working out, mostly under the guidance of my track and field coach. My shotput is getting better, by degrees.
cfwu +5 minutes running
clean and jerk
2x 45#
2x 65#
2x 85#
2x 95#
3x 105#
then, since he forgot the shotputs, I used a 10# dumbell and "threw" it into the air, then out towards a wall, where I let it drop (still holding it).
I think I need to work on my grip, since the day before I was having some issues picking up the 65# dumbells in each hand. Woo hoo for workouts and lactic acid!
