I joined my school’s Track and Field team! I’m going to train for the shotput, and possibly sprinting in the spring.
The coach’s idea of a workout and my idea of a workout don’t actually line up all that well, so I’m going to talk to him about it today. It’s mostly a difference of opinion on the use of machines, and I think he’ll be receptive to doing things more cross-fit-like.
