(no subject)
This past weekend Justin and I spent some quality time with his family in Indiana. It was pretty fun. They all live in pretty rural areas, so it was a nice, quiet weekend. His mom just bought a house though, on a lake. It's a beautiful old victorian, and really, it was so amazing. I was totally in love with the wallpaper in the foyer and the parlor. I have never seen anything like it. Peach and moss and gold. So pretty. His dad's house is on a bunch of acres of land...we rode around on a golf cart and got to pet horses and goats. We also watched Wicker Park (finally), and it was so good. I thought it was going to be a murder mystery, but it turned out to be totally different. I really recommend it. We also watched this Japanese horror movie called Pulse, which I thought was one of the most boring movies I have ever seen in my life. So, don't watch that one. Unless you need something to help you fall asleep.
Thursday night before we left I saw Limbeck. I got on the guest list, and I totally surprised Jon. It was a lot of fun. Then we went to the Pin-Up Bowl and the to the Halo Bar for a drink. 30 seconds to Mars also played that night, and I was so close to meeting Jared Leto(one of the Limbeck guys is friends with him), but I guess he had retired into his bus right before I was able to say hi. Too bad. Oh well!
Tomorrow I am changing my lip ring into something I can get easily in and out, so that I can succumb to the stupid corporate world and get a job. They will have to deal with me having a hole in my face. It's either that, or the jewelry. Its their choice!
