It actually took me far longer than it should have to come up with this name. I like wallabies so I wanted my internet name to have 'wallaby' in it somewhere, but it took a while to decide on the 'random' part. Now I just envision a solitary wallaby hopping around somewhere it really shouldn't be when I think of my username.
2. My journal is titled ____ because ____.
{Soda Cans Rolling Uphill}
No one believes me, but I once saw an actual soda can rolling uphill on Argyle. I thought it was a pretty cool image, remembered it and titled my journal it. Besides, it beat my old title and subtitle; "Dr. Strangelove" "Or, how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb." Cool movie, unorginal journal title.
3. My subtitle is ____ because ____.
{appendix stress balls!}
This came about from a conversation with Hayley about the purpose of appendixes. I said they were originally used to catch dirt and sand and other things that might get into early human's foods that they couldn't digest. This then somehow lead to us wondering whether you could remove the appendix when it was full of sand and whatnot, then Hayley compared it to a stress ball and the rest is history.
