Loving every minute of it

I know this is in no way a new revelation, but the campus bookstore's prices are out of control. What if your campus bookstore had a sign advertising, "$8.59 FIVE STAR FIVE SUBJECT NOTEBOOK." Well, guys, if you think that is a good deal, you'd be right. Because the current price of that exact notebook at the bookstore is $10.49. Ten muthafuckin forty-nine. That's right. I don't care how many subjects are in that book. I'm not paying over ten dollars for some blank sheets of paper.

Thank god I have my stash of notebooks from home.

I'm looking forward to having no classes Monday (well, before 6pm that is) or Friday. I'm also excited to be working only one day a week (Wednesdays), in, or so I've been told, the department of the federal government with the largest illicit drug use. Nice. Not too excited for night classes Mondays through Thursdays, but that's the price you pay for having class in the daylight hours only twice a week. Out of nowhere elective class of the semester: Italian Culture through Literature and Film. Sure to be most boring class of the semester: Analysis of Variance. Overkill class for a hopefully easy A: Special topics in French--The autobiography. Class I will probably miss half the time because it's Thursday nights: SAS. Class I may actually like: Statmethods in Bioinformatics. + 1 credit of organ.

Bring it on.
