"It's down to me..."
Early update since I'll be working on a research paper for the rest of the day.
1) My caboose is as flat as a pancake
2) I complimented the shoes of this white girl in my Afro-American studies class. She said thank you. We are always kind of scoping out each others outfits and like making acknowledging smiles and shit. She seems nice, I should strike up a legit convo with her. Funny how this is mostly because I love her outfits.
3) Speaking of clothes, I want a Smiths shirt like a mofo.
4) My post at sf_drama has made it to the epic post level I think.
5) School ends so soon. My mom got plane tickets. I'm SO ready to be back in LA. I need to figure out my up and down see-saw of love/hate with Howard, but apparently having love/hate with Howard is normal and part of the experience. Lolz, idk what I think of that but I'll figure it out soon.
6) Speaking of school, I still have like 4 books I need to buy by the end of the year. FFS. I also need to get another copy of Beauvoir's Second Sex for Modern European History. I don't have my copy from senior year Gender Studies with me...and I don't think I could find it in my house if I tried.
7) I like rotary phones, despite being slower. We have one that used to be hooked up but it isn't anymore. It was fun! :(
8) It is too cold today D: 43 degrees! It's been in the high 50s/low 60s for a few days now. Fuck DC weather.
9) How come I never knew about the Rolling Stones song "Mother's Little Helper" until now? I'm really digging it.
