Short update t'day!
Because sbertie asked so nicely (and I sort of promised), I'll explain the cornbread thing.
So all the sort of family friend holiday get togethers are potluck and even though we usually make the same thing for Thanksgiving and Christmas (macaroni and cheese) but for New Years we usually bring something different. So we brought greens and green beans and...cornbread. Now, the reason why my mom and I had the lulz when we were told to bring cornbread was because my dad has been nagging us for MONTHS to make some cornbread for dinner. He keeps stuffing this African-American cookbook up my nose and telling me to make some because of some stupid reason or another (I'm guessing that it's along the lines of "If you don't make cornbread in over 3 years you aren't black sry 2 say). So we ended up making some homemade cornbread from scratch (YEAH, NOT WITH ANY OF YOUR HELP, JIFFY!) and my dad approved. Hopefully, that batch of cornbread had tided him over for another few years.

By the way, I'm not getting any notifications from ff.net. Wankers. Nothing goes right with them! I also need to upload all the chapters to fictionalley but I'm so lazy.
I'm already a good 3,000+ words into chapter 19 though it probably won't be uploaded anytime soon. Especially with school starting next week and finals soon after that.
Speaking of writing, I didn't get a journal for embodiment yet...but I'll do it tomorrow. I was feeling a bit sick and mopey today unfortunately.

It's really annoying because the section of Sondrelerche.com with exclusive pictures is being stupid and only allowing a small amount of pictures to be viewed. I guess with the New Year comes OPRESSION.
I'm going to have some RL photos on my lj again ASAP as soon as the pictures are restored. SCOUTS HONOR!
ETA: I DO NOT SEE how people can think that Lily was flirting with James during Snape's Worst Memory. I believe JKR hinting that Lily liked James prior to it but I really don't think she was flirting with him...AT. ALL.
Oh! And I'm going to answer the questions from this poll tomorrow.
