Okay, I hope your 2007 is going as well as mine are! I knew it would be a great year! *Knocks on wood*
+ I went to my Godmother's house for New Years dinner and her sister and niece and nephew were there. Miles (nephew) was just watching the Rose Bowl (when I watch football, I can't stop O_O) and my dad was bonding with him and they got into a cute little argument about...whether or not you're allowed to give recruited football players gifts and stuff as long as it isn't money (my dad said you aren't, Miles said you could). Anyway, a commercial for Ireland came up and all of a sudden the topic of black Irish people came up.
Dad: *Tells story about a big Nigerian man with a shirt that said "100% Irish" on it and had the lulz*
Me: I know a black Irish person *Thinks of cocoalatte*
Dad: I do too. And his name is Shaq O'Neil.
LOLZ. GREAT WAY TO START OF 2007, DAD.
+ CHAPTER 18 IS UPLOADED (to ff.net but Fiction Alley later)! Even though I wanted it by last night, kicking off the new year with a new chapter isn't so bad either. Perhaps even better! :D

Oh, and did anyone else watch the Rose Bowl this morning? I was just watching a rerun on the Travel channel (yeah, what? I don't get it either) but I was asleep when it was on.
ETA: Anderson Cooper last night had so many memorable moments. One of the best things was that EVERYONE at the Drag Queen Drop LOOOVED Anderson ;D
