it's been a wild ride
between working 40 hours(and getting so frustrated with my job i'd love to find another one now, but can't find work anywhere), having half my family's birthdays in the last month, and currently getting sick, there's not been a lot of bonus time. it seems i might be getting mono again, which would really suck because then i couldn't work for quite a while, and i'd like to do some saving up money before the fall semester starts in august.
one of the reasons for that is i've decided to give up on my dream of getting a domadoll okja and instead have fallen for sugarble's mori...we'll see. she's affordable, poseable, and her face is pretty versatile. this would be the first doll i buy without a character in mind, though i'd like to have a little fae or imp to carry around. i'm also thinking i need to change things entirely with my sd girl. i think i'm going to give up on trying to shell clove, who has fought me tooth and nail this whole time, and instead make her into zefira, a newer character i'm really quite fond of and who would be much easier to find clothes and wigs for. not to mention, clove really only looks nice if she's in assassin mode, which doesn't make her terribly social(yeah yeah, i know creepy doll stuff). zefira is a witch(the old school separate race from humans kind) who travels with her twin children looking for her place in the world and selling herbs and healing and the like. she's a tough cookie who won't take no for an answer unless she's the one saying it. i think the annette mold will do fine with this lady! now to start hunting down eyes and wigs...she's got either green blue or grey blue eyes. i haven't decided.
in other news...there's not much going on. happy belated solstice! hope the fairy mischief didn't get you too badly-all it did to me was give karma a little push to jump all over my altar and knock it everywhere! she's such a strange cat. *forcibly hugs while she struggles to run away*
