trip that was meant to be
Mum and Dad are trying to gather some money to send me to the territory before I go back to Sydney. I didn't even know they were thinking this until the other morning when dad told me. We're trying to send me to Tennant Creek. Hopefully Joe will come down from Darwin. Otherwise Dad and I will have to Htich a ride to Darwin and back. Joe called me the other morning asking about it. I had no idea. I told him that was the plan but didn't know much because dad had only just told me about the plan. He asked me when my 21st is (next year) and he suggested he and Tiger come over for it :) It would be nice to have my brothers over for my birthday for once. Joe was telling me that he was glad to have sisters because our brothers were being pain-in-the-asses! It was nice to hear him say that :) I want to go over and spend some time with them and my nieces and nephews. My brother Jason is sick, he has an expanding heart problem :( He had to quit his work and is now on a pension. We went from $2000 + a fortnight to $300 a fortnight. I feel sorry for him. I'm hoping that if Dad and I go over we can go to Barrow Creek. I haven't been there my entire life. Yet that's were I'm from, that's where my people are from. I so wanna go! Getting the train abck from Sydney will be the biggest pain in the frellin ass though! I must go check the train fare and bus fare to the territory and back.
