I rarely update this... so here goes. this past weekend was spent pulling a rear axle, two transmissions, front spindles and brakes and a 12A rotary engine from two mazda RX7s... all for 100 dollars. today was a wonderful day... headers, x-pipe, and rear brake rotors arrived for the race car... and I smashed my right ring finger at work.. its all black and swollen so I can't really work on the racecar... what kind of karma is that!?!??!

Ah the past weeks have been long... just been wroking alot which is all good. I have a fat paycheck to the tune of 974 coming to my name for two weeks work. Too bad I can't spend any of it! ok, back from nevada! I took fourth in class averaging 110.0317 mph... tops speed was 121.2 though that wasn't even open throttle... we couldnt' exceed 124 or we would havce been disqaulified. bummer. took 16th overal out of 100 cars and 1st out of all fords. not to bad if you ask me. and the car looks totally kick ass in its race trim with all ( Read more... )

today my cat that I have had for almost 18 years of my life had to be put down. she had a stroke sometime this morning and when I got home I foudn out... it was sad... but on a good note I hung with becky today which made me super happy but still I am sad

So I said I would update a couple weeks ago but got swamped with work again... Anyways, update number one is that the car is finished and ready to head to Nevada.
