Bodge it
My sofa broke last night.
I've not been working for 6 months, so I don't really have the money to replace it.
So today I took a look and found that it was a broken spring.
I've tied it together with some copper wire I had around, but I'm not sure how long that is going to last.
Probably be able to bodge it again for the next couple of years, but I think it's coming to the end of it's lifespan.
Still, it's lasted me 14 years and it was 2nd hand to start with.
