Dreamt I got my dissertation approved by my committee, despite having some rough edges. Woke up feeling really good about it.

Went down to the office & started the next batch of tests only to be greeted by a "critical flaw in solution" error message. Am feeling undeterred.

I'm presently trying to figure out why my research results are handing back crap answers. I'm guessing it's one line of errant code somewhere that's doing what I said rather than what I meant. The first email of the year informs me that my generous financial backers are unable to disburse my funds because certain paper work hasn't been filed. Déjà VuI submitted my report several weeks ago and apparently it went no further than my adviser's inbox. The part that frustrates me the most isn't the money.
