So, a "thank-you" message finally reaches its destination four years later?? Wow! Yahoo! never fails to deliver our packages!
I
don't even recall what I told you... whether I still stand by my very
same thoughts of four years ago! I don't even recall the boy who wrote
them, full of revolutionary dreams and nonsense!
And
now the book is going to be published! Congratulations and I am so
sorry for your personal problems! I wish you all the best.

I was there for the cause! I wanted to sacrifice myself for nothing.. and you had your chance then...
Your
personal life is of course more important. I won't dare challenge this
fact. Your life - to you- is more important than mine, everybody's life
is more important than mine...
and mine own life is more important to me than your research, book, gay
rights, Egypt, progress and million other things.
I
refuse, completely, any usage of my previously submitted answers. (the
answers you got were given for a certain occasion almost four years ago
based on certain "implied" agreement that you were to publish them
shortly after they were submitted. And everything changed, a revolution
broke out, Egypt became dominated by Islamists, Europe and America are
actively supporting the Muslim Brotherhood to take control and tear down
our constitutional institutions and my life took a different route..
all changed except
the gay scene! and your answers -no matter how helpful they might be-
do not take in consideration these changes.) So I refuse any form of
publication.
And I refuse any offer of a re-interview! Can't actually wait for my next predictions and convictions to be published in 2020!

Spanish Journalist who interviewed you back in 2008 about your blog,
when I was back in Barcelona after living in Cairo for a few years.
First
at all, excuse me for not being in touch all this time. I had some
personal problems and I had to stop the research I was doing. Now I'm
fine, an I'm working in it again. I'm preparing a book (in Spanish)
about Egyptian and arab cyberactivism, and I'm going to write a chapter
about gay activism, in which I'll mention your blog and quote all the
information you gave me then. Thanks a lot for your help: I've been
reading all the emails you sent to me, and you were really helpful.
I
just wanted to say hello, and I wanted you to know about the book. You
gave me a lot of personal data, and I want to know if I can still
mention it in my writing. I've been in your blog, your are still
blogging but you deleted some of your oldest posts, didn't
you?
At last but not least: Mabrouk for the 25 January revolution!!
I couldn't travel to Cairo but I was glued to Al Jazeera and internet
following all what was happening. I felt really proud and happy for all
