charloft - Friday - Movies
In no particular order, five of my favorite movies:
Talk Radio: Yes it counts, because yes it was made into a movie. It is brilliant. It's real. Everything about it sucks you in and holds on. Compelling even?
Hot Fuzz: I love these guys and this movie was just epic. Laugh my ass off every time. And who wouldn't want to shoot their gun in the air and go "Ahhh!"?
Full Metal Jacket: Does it need explanation? No. Didn't think so.
Philadelphia: I'm not ashamed to admit it. I cried. A little. Again...it's a compelling movie. It's ugly at times, but it's real.
Chicken Little: One of the few Pixar movies after Finding Nemo that was actually good and funny (the other being Cars). I don't know, it's just a fun movie. The humor is smart. My kid and I saw this at least three times in the movie theater.
