It sounds like they want you to write a harlequin romance. Those guidelines are like, THE formula for harlequin romance. I'm not sure I have any tips other than giving you this link I found that has useful tips on writing alpha males (pfffffft). I'll give you it anyways, just in case you need it.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I got, too. At least we spent the entire class giggling. So at the very least, I know I'm not alone in my reluctance.
So far I have a story about a newly divorced woman who goes to stay with her cousin and then meets some bad ass dude in a bar. Who just got out of jail. But was WRONGLY CONVICTED because he's a kindred sooouuuul.
It's going to be horrible.

You have to do an illustration that goes along with this piece, okay? Like one of these cheesy ones you see on the fronts of paperbacks in apothecary stores. I would be giggling too, sheesh. What a challenge.
You know what would be hilarious? If the man was your man-self from that meme, Finn. HA. Just a random thought. That's actually really awkward.

HAHA HE'S BROODING AND GENERALLY HATES EVERYONE. Oh my. That would be eeeepic. Maybe one day he will have his own love story. For now I have one... quite awful. I'll send you some of the first-rate parts when it's done. Pfffft.
