So I finally bought myself a graphic's tablet, so my forefinger can get a rest from skating along the touch pad. I've got ideas for two/three Battlestar Galactica stories and one Bad Girls A/U story brewing around in my head, not to mention the plethera of on-going fics hanging around the site. So I've made a decision, no more no-thought-put-into-them-fluffs, from now on I'll do something almost unheard of in my brain... I'll think about what I'm writing ( Read more... )

After some exhaustive research... okay, I looked in two places... it would seem that not only is using a forefinger on touch-pad not the best option, but that I should be using photoshop, which I don't have. So the chances of me producing anything close to what I want are relatively zero.

It's weird, half the time I forget my lj is here, then within the space of a few hours I've updated it three times. This time it's another BSG wallpaper, although not as nice as the first one - which has really grown on me since I started using it on my desktop. What can I say, I'm easily pleased.

So I've still not got past the forefinger on the touch-pad, but I'm actually half-way happy with this one. That's not to say it doesn't need a lot of cleaning up once I eventually get a graphics pad (or rather once I get a new job, healthy bank balance, new place to live and then a graphics pad), because it does. But still, pretty people!

It seems my yearning to create bad graphics still hasn't waned... I really need to get one of those graphic palette things, trying to do this using a forefinger on a laptop's little sensor thingie is making me look even more incompetent than usual.
