i used the broiler yesterday for the first ever...
i'm 40 years old and i don't think using a broiler for the first time should be considered a big accomplishment. but it is for me. i realized that the broiler is like a bbq grill on top of your food. totally amazing stuff. i loved it so much that i used the broiler after i baked some chicken thighs for an hour. i said "hell yeah, i'm fixing to broil these thighs!!!" and just like that...broiled chicken thighs!!! i don't know why i talked to myself as if i were a southerner. it just happened that way.
