Hello my lovely lovely yulegoat. yulegoatee. teeheehee. Thank you for offering to write in one of the teeny tiny fandoms I've requested, already you're awesome. I hope this letter finds you in good spirits and enjoying whatever weather you have where you are (I'm in Canada, so I'm likely to be under 4 meters of snow when you read this). And if this letter doesn't find you in good spirits, I will be sending you post-dated good karma thoughts. :)
In general I'm pretty easy to please and I want you to write something you also enjoy. It's all about the fun around here. Also, I've written this letter completely from scratch this year, no recycled stuff! Yay! K, mostly I just wanted to procrastinate working on my nano planning. This counts as writing right?

Oh this series. I adore this series and its one of the most refreshing ones I've read in years and I'm in love with them, granted, I'd like them to focus more on plot than on finding boyfriends, but I digress. Cinder is my favourite; she's a remarkable woman and omg I'm in love with her.
You could go a few different ways with this request. I'd love love love some just relaxed hanging out with the main four gals, them just being teenagers hanging out. Maybe Scarlett gives them all new hairdos and stuff, or Cinder and Cress bond over being tech geniuses, or Iko exploring her newfound humanity, or I dunno, them just playing a board game on the ship or whatever. Or having real talk - y'know how girls do, after the first few hours of a slumber party and you're all full on cake and pop and you start talking about deep real stuff. I'd loooove that. Alternatively, I'd love something focused on Cinder and maybe her anxieties about becoming Queen and then compounded by her relationship with Kai (poor girl is going to find herself with an awful lot of responsibility and power soon). Maybe pretend/bring back Peony and how would she react to it all? Cinder & Iko's relationship now that she's got a body. Or something about the politics of the world, how all the countries function and the issues entwined in that. Or something focused on Cinder and her power - the scene towards the end of Cress where she all-but-kills Sybil was so friggen bamfy. I'm excited to see her grab onto the power she has and really do something with it, become the revolutionary she wants to be. So something future focused would be awesome - like how they take over the universe and win.
Cinder/Kai is my OTP for this series. UG THE FEELS. If you want to write me them I'd love you. I have other ships, but I'd prefer gen or Cinder/Kai. For the yuleporn thing, some Kai/Cinder lovin' would be fab. I think I'd like something about their eagerness but mutual inexperience with such things (first time for both?), I think they'd be really loving but also giggle a bit. And feel free to explore the funner things they can do with her cyborg implants/enhancements.
Green Rider Series - Kristen Britain, any
Wow, I need to reread this series hahah! I will whenever she gets around to publishing the next one! In the meantime, fic! I love the worldbuilding of this series, its so creative and interesting (the Wall is so cool) and I really like the impending attack of evil that's throttling themselves towards Team Good. I'd really like some fic for Karigan/Zachary - cause come on, they aren't getting their happy ending. :(. So I'd love for them to get it in fic. Or maybe she's daydreaming about their possible future together while she's on the road/at the wall. Or some seriously flirty/touchy-feely moments between them where they are just feeling so much angst and love - heated glances!. What if she'd accepted the gift and his offer for her to be his mistress? What if things did work out and she marries him? Or them like play-dueling in the training yard. Oh her shamelessly (but coyly) oogling him.
Alternatively, I think Laren is super cool. I'd love more on her. Her history, her rise through the Rider ranks, the politics of court, secrets, magic, the dynamic between her and Zachary (only sibling-like please). What it's like for her to be able to call him on his shit. What's her lovelife like? I have no preference for gender of her partners - and I like the canon Laren/Karigans-dad-whose-name-ive-forgotten :D. Wait, that was canon wasn't it? Also some Laren&Karigan bonding would be amazeballs. They'd be the best of friends....even when she's married to her brother and she's married the other's father lols.
White House Down, Emily
I was really excited to see this on the nomination list. How exciting! I love this movie! I fell in love with Emily - like to see a young girl be *so* politically involved and so engaged with the world around her, to speak up and say her mind (to the President no less!) and then actually help save the world with her dad. All the applause in the world for Emily. For fic, I'd love to see who she grows up into - maybe its a snapshots five-times type set up exploring her through high school, university, the job market, or a future fic of where she ends up (does she go into politics - maybe she wants to be a Supreme Court Judge or a judge at the Hauge, or the President, or a journalist, or a peace worker, or an interpreter, etc etc - the possibilities for her are endless). I love her relationship with her Dad too, so throw him in there. Basically she's just this absolutely amazing girl who is going to grow up into an amazing woman and I want to see that. If you want to give her a partner, I have no preference for orientation, but would prefer no porn for this one.
The Good Wife,Diane, Alicia, Finn
This was a late addition/change actually. I don't read much fic for this show because it's just so perfect and I'm usually completely satisfied with it. And while I'm still completely satisfied I NEED MORE!!!! There's a few different routes you can take with this. I'm completely in love with Alicia/Finn and I'd love to read more of them. Of their flirting, their mutual ignoring of their attraction to each other, of them coyly testing the waters with each other, seeing if there's something there. Casually touches, first kisses, lust, etc. I think it'll be interesting as Alicia moves forward with her campaign as they spend more time together (while simultaneously fighting each other on Carey's case). And then complicated by her becoming his boss. Give me shippy fluffy dramatic feels. And angst. With feels.
If that's not for you, Diane is like my guurl. I love everything about her. Shes such a powerful, feminist woman who takes risks and demanding what she wants. I'd love anything gen focused, about her life as a young woman, or her early law days, her struggles climbing the ranks, the day she opened her own firm, how she felt about Will dying, ethics about representing criminals, the day she decided to join Alicia, etc. basically anything about her. Or, I'd just loooove some friendship piece with her and Alicia. Going for drinks, laughing, bonding, being badassness together, ect.
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, any
I'm sitting here writing this and I'm not exactly sure what I want for this hahaha, I just saw it on the tagset and was all ZOMGYES. I'd like to see just Carmen being the badass that she is, stealing shit and being awesome. I really LOVE the Where in Time PC game from the 90s (why the frak won't they rerelease it!?) so if you wanted to do some time travel stuff that'd be cool beans. Otherwise, where does she store all the stuff? Why does she steal it? Does she sell it? Whats the one thing she's always wanted to steal but cant? How does she travel so fast? Maybe a heist thing. Does she have a closet full of red hats and cloaks? Why does the Chief hunt her down so hard? If you're into crossovers, maybe she works with/for/against Torchwood or with the Sanctuary Network.
