... an ongoing war.
I'm haven't been a fan of Tumblr. I find a lot of the rhetoric to be childish, silly, and in many cases inflammatory. I will NEVER in my life refer to 'emotions' as feels. Makes me gag.
BUT... there's another side to that coin. And that side is the flexibility, the ability to customize, the nice text post functions, not to mention the fact that people actually GO there, as opposed to LJ which is like an empty room... at least compared to what it once was.
SO... I decided I was going to create a Tumblr where I could post and archive my stories. I don't know if I'll post all of them. I may not. But certain ones for SURE. The 'Time' series. The 'Revolutionary Heart' series, which I KNOW is going to be an ongoing work.. at least for awhile, and a few of the individual stories which I love. I think there's a better chance that they'll be seen and read there. It's hard on an author to post stories in a venue which really doesn't get all that much action anymore. Gets depressing.
I'll always post my stories here first. Always. This is my on-line home. But they will also go to
my AOOO and my new
Tumblr blog. (Is it a BLOG?)
It's here:
Reflections.
Please check it out if you use Tumblr at all. Follow it if you're so inclined... no worries if you don't.
And PLEASE. If you have any suggestions, tips, thoughts, ideas about how to tag my stories so they'll be found... anything! Please share with me. I'm rather a novice at Tumblr so I'd value any thoughts you might have.
