I'm having a mood-swingy kind of day, but right now I'm up: it's May, the lilacs are in bloom, and you have to be happy about any song that you fall in love with the first time you hear it, whether it be a long-lived love (look what "The Sign" did!) or a wee song-crush (a la "Welcome to the Black Parade"). Don't know what this will end up as, but check it out. It's a group called Slagsmålsklubben (Fight Club), and the song is "Malmö Beach Night Party."

Click to viewIn other news, we have all kinds of pretty flowers in our yard (one referred to as the "purple poof," marigolds, mariettas, something colorful and fuzzy, a lavender osteospermum, Gerbera daisies, soon-to-bloom dahlias, snapdragons, zinnias, lilies, etc. etc. etc., not to mention tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, peppers, jalapeno peppers, chocolate beauty peppers, pole beans, basil, mint, catnip if we ever go dig some up...and a yard coated in wood violets.) I would like to go look at them but I need to write my complitty paper instead.
