I like Rock Band.
For all those who were wondering, I did not get the job I applied for to earn more money at Nu Skin. So it looks like I will be in product support for a while longer... While I am glad I don't have to bid farewell to my team, I am, admittedly, a bit disappointed. But hey, their loss.
For the record, I am happy with my job, just feeling like it's not pushing me very hard right now. That's why I applied for one that would be much more challenging. I suppose another better opportunity will come up if I am patient though, so in the meantime I will continue to get lots of reading/DS playing done in all my downtime in between calls. (Although the DS works better on lunch. It's always slightly nerve-wracking to know that I could get a call at any point during a crucial battle, even when I can't pause it.)
In related news, Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story continues to amuse me. And I, for one, rather appreciate the linear game play, because then I don't feel like I have to use a guide to ensure I'm not missing tons of items. (*cough* Zelda *cough*)
I am also rereading Robin Hobb's Farseer books and really enjoying the foreshadowing that I now notice is there. I don't remember all the plot twists, but I remember enough to appreciate how much she foreshadows EVERYTHING.
