Whispers are starting up about Al Gore maybe making a comeback in 2008 as a presidential candidate.

Anybody but Hillary, though, frankly. I am seriously not sure if I could vote for her at this point. I wouldn't vote GOP, but I might vote Green. I might even... not vote. I cannot stand her ranting hypocrisy at this point. If this were 1993 or even 1996, she'd have my vote in a minute-- but since she's set out on her own she's twisted and turned, shot from left to right to center and back, said stupid things like that "plantation" remark in very loud tones... I have no fucking idea what she actually believes now, but she's such a huge fucking hazard to the Democratic party. She's the sort of person where the GOP would turn out in droves to elect her in the primaries, just so we'd collapse and lose.
But it would so be just like us to run her. We'll apparently do anything, anything at all, to shoot ourselves in the foot.
