Not that 6th day, my friends! To assume I would make a Arnold Schwarzenegger reference! Absurd! :)
No, more in the vein of this is my sixth straight day of eight hour shifts in the fastest paced environment I've pretty much ever been in. Except for perhaps green room activity pre show. THAT could be intense. My god am I exhausted! I work from either 1:00-10:30 or 3:30-12:00. So much had ot be learned, and you are expected to do it right the first time. Food, food, food and more food. Dishes, slicing meat, soups, salad toppings, pasta salads, heat and eat, freezer, cleaning, olives....blah, blah. It is interesting work. Good enough for the year...at least I'm getting paid $9.50 an hour and, and I get to wear a chef coat! Seeing as I have guaranteed full time and benefits it is good times, speaking of work...I must head off. It's a bit of a walk....but pleasant just the same. :D
