cartoon theories for anon
the pokemon one was tl;dr but i read it anyway. to sum it up basically just after a certain point in the show, ash was in a coma(specifically after he got hit with lightning). that's why he went from being so bad an unexperienced and pikachu hating him, to being the perfect pokemon trainer. It's also why all the nurses are named Joy and all the police women are named Jenny, because those are the only ones he has ever met. It's also how everyone knows his name in every town that they go to. Each person he meets in his journey symbolizes a part of him that he never got to live (being like 10 years old) and also why he seems to never age. (brock= sexuality, tracy=artistic, all the girls that he meets=love life, etc!) Giovanne is his dad in his mind, which is why you never see his face, and ash thinks of him lowly. Jesse and James are the somewhat good in all the evil, trying to hurt him but never going completely all the way through with it.

as for the ed, edd, and eddy one, they are stuck in a purgatory which is why it's always summer and there are never parent's around. they are all from different time periods and it surprisingly fits in with the original show quite well as even the ways they died would make sense. I can't remember how it explained each one's death or w/e tho
winnie the pooh is just symbolizing types of disorders. pooh has an eating disorder, eeyore suffers from depression, rabbit has OCD, etc.
mario is all a stage act. i can't really remember all the details except that they had really good points that went over everything from the drop shadows to curtains. that's one i really wish i could find :(
