Here's what I've changed...I'm not sure if it's effective yet, but I'm going to keep going. I feel better since I've started changing.
1. No snack cakes. I love Swiss Rolls, Nutty Bars, and other things like that, but I've cut them out completely and replaced them with apples and some dipping sauce (my favorite being caramel with peanuts). Or yogurt

and I envy you for beeing able to stick to a diet, I should try that too (for the 12th time).

This is the first time I've been able to stick to a diet. I'm just hoping it works.
