Changes

Here's what I've changed...I'm not sure if it's effective yet, but I'm going to keep going. I feel better since I've started changing.

1. No snack cakes. I love Swiss Rolls, Nutty Bars, and other things like that, but I've cut them out completely and replaced them with apples and some dipping sauce (my favorite being caramel with peanuts). Or yogurt ( Read more... )

and I envy you for beeing able to stick to a diet, I should try that too (for the 12th time).

Hehe, go ahead :) I made it myself!

This is the first time I've been able to stick to a diet. I'm just hoping it works.

Sounds like you're doing brilliantly :D keep up the hard work. The first month is always the hardest. Stick to it, do plenty of exercise, make sure you drink lots of water and you'll start to see results :D
