Elise, there are a great deal of funky things about you such as the amazing number of quirky events and things you get to go to, and know about. It was also you who introduced me to two enduring loves of my life, Firefly and Nathan Fillion's nose, both of which have made my inner world a richer place.
I've always liked the fact that you seem to have an amazing number of interests and I very much admire your persistence in wanting recognition for the things you do, and changing your life for the better. And while you may not have the sort of recognition that you crave, or perhaps feel like you haven't achieved much I consider the fact that you moved from Wales and that you're managing to maintain an independent life in London a terrific and very admirable accomplishment.
You have a competitive drive, and even when things don't go your way you keep trying - probably one of the eventual key elements of success. I like the fact that you seem to bounce back from things pretty quikcly and repsect the fact that you want to look after yourself and your health - you are one of the most health and wellbeing aware people I know and throughout the day your LJ posts often keep me entertained.
You seem to have a terrific amount of determination - your NaNo is just one example of that, and you can be very fun and funny and our shared love for Johnny Depp endears you to me, and your Jazz Hands icon is funkiness personified.
