(no subject)
ok. so a quick update on friday night before finals week and jingle ball. friday; i went to a little get together at friend's apartment. so basically, beer = no likey. an unknown ratio of midori green + lime juice + 7up = YUM YUM. kings cup = confusing yet fun. & guys can be total man-whores. then there was saturday; JINGLE BALL. yay. it was loads of fun. with my going to jingle ball, i can add 5 to my wimpy concert list (presidential concert thingy in wash dc, SKIN concert @ AX, anna tsuchiya, three 6 mafia @ shocktober fest). yup, i'm slowly building my concert going repertoire.
so after that it was hardcore studying for finals!!! i grew a HUMONGOUS pimple on nose along the way. needless to say, i was stressed. but that's over now.
on monday, me and several friends went to BIG BEAR for a ski/snowboarding trip. I HAD A BLAST. the drive up was a little scary, but we got there safe and sound. unfortunately, when we arrived at our cabin, the drive-through was snowed in. we borrowed a shovel from next door and shoveled for the next two hours. but when we went in the cabin, there was letter informing us that the snow plow circling the area would clear the way for us free of charge. so STUPID!!! but it was an experience.

the first day was resting day. cooked, hung out, and played games. the next day , SNOWBOARDING!! it was loads of fun. the first time down the bunny slope was horrible. i fell SOOO much. &it took forever for me to get down. but i soon got the hang of it. before i knew it, i went to the intermediate slope. omygooderness~~ it was so steep. good thing was that i had a friend there to teach me the tricks to snowboarding. and i have to admit that she's a great teacher because i FRAKING snowboarded down the last part of the mountain without falling face flat....which happened a lot in the beginning....which...i must also mention, from the force of all the face falling trauma, i chipped a part of my tooth. *sadness* i was very sad and depressed that day when i found out. and that was basically it, the next day we cleaned up and packed to leave. the drive down was even scarier than coming up because of the snow storm. as a passenger, i couldn't see the road in front of us because of the wind and snow. but, we had an amazing driver. i had so much FUN...i really really like snowboarding. i want to go again next year, but i'm going to bring teeth guard so that i don't chip anymore of my teeth.
