Primetime finales:

The Office:
I know I'm in the absolutely miniscule minority of TO fandom, but I like Jim/Karen together. I'm not opposed to Jim/Pam, but I don't quite care for them either. Surprisingly, I don't watch TO as an active shipper (though I do enjoy Dwight/Angela, and the hilarity of Ryan/Kelly) and enjoy the show solely for its brilliant humour, so as long as they don't make Jim/Pam front and centre, the show and I will get along fine.

I am SO looking forward to Ryan being Michael's boss. And I hope that wasn't the last of Jan, though I'm not liking the fact that they're making her a psycho. Oh, Karen. I hope you find yourself a fabulous boy to minimize the awkward moments between Jim/Pam/Karen next year. Or does this mean she's leaving the show?

winter_baby wrote a fantastic post-finale fic, Karen's POV: words to fill the space

Heroes:
Oh, wow. That was kind of cheesy, wasn't it? I know this show is awesome half of the time, and cheesy the other half, but that ending? Was pure cheese. The Petrelli brothers are really rivaling the Winchester for incestuous love, except they actually voice it to each other, whereas the Winchesters try to keep it hidden even though their actions speak otherwise. Anyway. I kind of expected the finale to be better, but it was still entertaining. Also: Noah!

Ugly Betty:
Now that's how you do a season finale! There was so much stuff going on and on top of the different plot developments, they go and kill Santos off (or maybe not?), ending the episode with a heartbreaking scene of Hilda finding out with her son's musical going in the background. So fucking fantastic, and I can't wait for next season. Loved seeing Kristin Chenoweth too.

Supernatural:
*flailflailFLAIL*

For a second (or thirty), I thought we were going to get Papa Winchester back, and I was overcome with joy. Then he turned into dust. But the look on the boys' faces when they saw their dad? God, I love them. The Winchesters love each other so fucking fiercely that it hurts my heart and makes me cry. OH DEAN. Of course he was going to sacrifice his life for Sam, because Sammy's his baby brother and it's his job to protect him, and just thinking about this makes my heart constrict a little bit more. OH WINCHESTERS.

Grey's Anatomy:
It's time to cut this show from my life now that there's Addison's Anatomy. Izzie went from loving Denny to George in a year? Alex was actually going to chase after Ava/Rebecca, aka a redux of the patient/doctor storyline? Derek thinks Meredith should put him out of his misery because he loves her too much to do it, and this is because she pulled away after her stepmother died? (What a fucking spineless douchebag.) Without Addison/Kate Walsh, I can't tune into this crap.

General Hospital:
Holy crap. I can't believe that Robin and Patrick actually had a conversation about Jason. Jason, the holy sainted one. And you know what? It respected their history, it was mature and thought out, and I can't believe that this actually occurred on GH, considering they like to pretend that Jason/Robin never had a relationship. Perhaps it's a transition into Night Shift (because goodness knows Jason needs more airtime), but that was one great scene, almost as good as the scene between Patrick and Mac a couple of months ago.

I should actually talk about a storyline that's been on the screen for the past week, huh? No matter how hard TPTB tries, they're not going to manipulate me to hate Lucky and root for Jason/Liz. Jason saving the day, once again? Gag me. Drunk!Sam is so, so awesome and I want her and Lucky to get together once Jake's paternity is revealed (which, by the way, half the town must know already), and they can be fun and pretty together.

A bunch of stills were released from the OotP movie (by the way, less than one month 'til HP7 comes out, eeee!), and this was my favourite.

OMG WEASLEYS!

I finally recovered all my mp3s from the hard drive of my dead (RIP!) laptop, and it fills me with GLEE to have more than 300 songs again. Does it get any better than listening to 'La Vie Boheme' (RENT, don't ever leave me again!) at 7am, waiting at the bus stop to get to work? No, I don't think so.
