I have finally admitted to myself that the United States Postal Service has lost approximately half of the books that have traveled with me the past three years.

My front teeth hurt. Ow.

But, after not getting a single call from the temp agency I signed on with, I am gainfully(ish) employed! Very part, part time, but beggars can't be choosers and I'm just glad to have a little cash flow in the five weeks (*boggles*) before I'm off to Indiana!

I am the official Lady Macbeth of my job.

My hands have spent one and a half hours today scrubbing and scrubbing and scrubbing harsh chemicals into stubborn pools of grease. Not to mention all the other hand washing I do every five minutes of the day because I prepare food.

And they still feel dirty and greasy. Out damned spot!
