(no subject)
Packed the car today; a process that is part Chaplin routine and part trying to put the genie back in the bottle. There is way too much stuff. I mean, when did I acquire so many pairs of shoes? Pairs of shoes that I cannot possibly discard (I've already gone through my closet three times getting rid of everything but what I need!) And my kitchen things didn't even fill up two cupboards in my old flat! But that's pretty much the entire backseat of my car!
Everything is in except the my mom's and my own bags for the trip and three quarters of the books I wanted to take with me. (Woe!) But! The car is packed.
