I need geek help!

I really really really want to have the Dr. Who theme as my ringtone, but so far I've only found one good version, and a) the website says it's not compatible with my phone, and b) they don't have a way for people in the US to pay for it

Can you connect to the internet via your phone? I could upload it to my webspace, once I find and compress the file. I have no idea when I would have a chance to do it. Maybe thursday?

Do you have/can you find it as an audio file? If you can, mail it to me at eternalmaiden at gmail.

Easier way is to email it to (yourphonenumber)@vzwpix.com, play the file.. While it's playing, hit the menu button, select save. There it is.

If that don't work, you'll need the datacable and someone with a seem editor and pusher.. I happen to be someone who has the latter two...

Apparently my phone will only let me have ringtones that are midis. I sent the mp3 to it just fine, but it won't let me use it as a ringtone.

Change the extension to .mid before emailing to your phone... the phone will figure it out and be able to play it.

All the motorolas play .mp3's...
