I need geek help!

I really really really want to have the Dr. Who theme as my ringtone, but so far I've only found one good version, and a) the website says it's not compatible with my phone, and b) they don't have a way for people in the US to pay for it.

Is there a way somebody can make it and then send it to my phone? I have a Motorola V276. I don't have a mini usb port or anything, but it is a camera phone, and I'm pretty sure it could handle a polyphonic ringtone.
