Yes, I have been truant for two days. But I've been a teeny bit busy; yesterday was awesome, first I went to a community gathering for the people of Japan, then I got my hair cut and bought food for the week, then hung out with Grandma and Matt and made bruschetta. It was tasty. :)

I've lost another pound apparently, but I haven't been as diligent about yoga the past few days. It's wonderful and I love it, but my sleep schedule changing means I don't have the house to myself for very long. Not sure I'll be able to do it today, but I'll try. Maybe hot yoga! Finally!

I met with a new therapist on Friday. She seems nice, and we have a lot in common, but she says she doesn't think anti-depressants work. As someone who's tried several, I have to disagree with her on that. Some work for some people, this one works for me. But I think I have to meet with her a few more times before I decide whether her methods work for me or not. She's also a pesco-vegan, which is a word I just made up for vegan-who-eats-fish, so that's interesting.

I guess the thing I don't like about therapists is that they often don't seem like they're actually trying to help you, more like trying to tell you what do to. And they seem certain about everything they say. I'm not sure there's a therapist out there who can work for me. But we'll see. More tomorrow.
