Early morning thoughts
It has been quite awhile since I last wrote here. Been in here to read about what is happening in other's life. I am now sitting at my table just drinking my coffee and eating some biscuits.
I am thinking. What is my place in this world? Who am I impacting in my life? Will I leave this world today and be remembered? A few days ago, because of some misunderstanding, a friend sent me an sms saying that I will only remember his name in future and that he will repay me my friendship in the next life. Some things can be rationally sorted out but some things cannot be. Will an apology work? I know I am rambling and that I dun make much sense right now.
A friend asked me last night if sex is the most important part of a relationship. I agree that it is important but it is not the most important. That is my view. Imagine, just lying there beside each other in bed after sex and have no idea what to talk about and there hangs an awkward silence in the room. I believe that a relationship that stems from a sex session does not necessarily make a relationship. I know there are the exceptions but how far in between are those? And... are those urban myths? cause it is usually the friend of a friend who lived happily ever after, after one great night of sex and found her soulmate. Seldom do we know of such a couple personally. If you do know of one,I would like to meet them.
I asked a friend where I can meet my potential partner and his reply was online dating service, clubs and parties. GOODNESS!!! Is that the only surviving way to meet my dates? Getting a conversation going in a noisy club? I guess being single does have its plus points. I have the space and freedom to pursue desires of mine. I have a tendency to get distracted easily so I think it is good for now. But who am I kidding? ZDon't we all wish for that special someone to be beside us? giving us encouragement and support.
Just some random thoughts for an early morning. I want breakfast!!!!! I hate it that there are no nice coffeeshops near here that sell wonderful breakfast food. sighhhh
