If you read the previous vitriol, God bless you. If not, I totally understand.

I do have one happy/funny thing to share: my new dieting/meditation mantra is "I don't want diabetes, I don't want diabetes, I don't want diabetes". To that end, instead of going to Wal-Mart, buying fifty pounds of Reese's Cups and then eating it in one sitting to placate my stress; I went to the gym and walked a mile on the treadmill in less than 25 minutes. I couldn't even do that when I was in HIGH SCHOOL and 110 pounds lighter! BOO YAH! Mind you, now I'm going to sit on my butt and do artsy fartsy but I've earned it. I did some weights, too.
