Short and sweet post.

First of all, a public service announcement:
Please be aware that if you are taking a drug, you might not want to take others as well. For example, marijuana, benzodiazapines, cocaine, opiates and alcohol do not mix well. Nor does marijuana, bennies, cocaine and tricyclic antidepressants.

Second, another PSA:
If you go to the emergency room, be aware that the doctor is probably going to order blood tests. Please be courteous, hold still, and get it over with rather than pitching a hissy fit. Also, do not snoop in the drawers or cabinets.

I wore a different pair of sneakers to work tonight and I'm still having heel pain. Not sure what the next option is. May go see a physician. Unless, of course, I fall over and break something. This is always a possibility.

Speaking of klutz, I had to make a warning sign and tape it to myself today. I knocked over two trash cans, dropped things, loaded specimens backwards and had this list when I was walking. I did other things, too, like knocking over a cup. The sign read: "WARNING! I am particularly clumsy today. Do NOT hand me anything fragile, liquid or perishable. Also, keep back - you never know when or which way I will fall".

Oh, and I have to share this with you. Now that I have been on the CPAP for about two weeks, I can stay up an hour later and I get up 30 minutes earlier - and I am FULLY rested. Not only that, the extra 30 minutes in the AM? I do yoga and strength training stretches. WOOT! Go me!

I have two tomatoes on the vine that are just turning red. I'm so proud.
