Thanks for all the comments yesterday. You all are great. :)
I basically slept or was drawing yesterday. Nothing exciting. Today, I want to go to Border's Books and Music to get a couple of sketchbooks. They are the only place that I know carries the type of Moleskine notebooks that I like. :S Not even Dick Blick has them. (I like the hardback blank reporter books.) Yeesh.
Have a picture:
A coworker asked if I'd draw a fairy for her daughter. I said I can't draw people so how about a bunny fairy? This is the result. I'm satisfied with it... but I don't really like her legs. This was my first attempt at drawing digigrade legs, meaning looking like real animal legs. I screwed them up royally. The wings, however, are awesome. Normally, I can't draw wings. So, gotten better at one, need to practice the other.
Today is the Wood Memorial - a three-year-old, grade I prep race. This means it's for three year old horses who are working towards the Kentucky Derby and possibly the Triple Crown races. The favorite for the Derby, a colt named Uncle Mo, is racing in it. I hope to be home to watch that. He's a pretty boy! :D
