I am SO SUPER HAPPY I finally got to meet you in person! I really enjoyed hanging out and chatting on Saturday. I'm sad I didn't get a chance to say goodbye and give you a proper not-obstructed-by-a-7lb-wig hug. Definitely doing Youma again next year. <3 LOVE!!

I AM SO SUPER HAPPY too! Our hanging-out-time was a lot of fun, you're even sweeter in person, and you looked amazing! (: I -was- looking for you a little on Sunday in between all the panels and stuff (dropped in on the Gundam panel, for instance) so that we COULD say a proper goodbye... but we WILL definitely see each other at another con. Hopefully, even earlier than when Youma rolls around! If you're doing Otakon, for instance, I could take my chances on that. :D

I was keeping an eye out for you, too, but saw no sign. ): Actually, on the whole, I saw fairly few people I knew - though it was great to see those I DID manage to spot and catch up with. (: I actually wasn't planning on re-wearing that costume, but since what I was working on was going all to pieces - stuff turning out too small, fabric not washing well, other nonsense like that - I didn't have a lot of choice. I hope you had a good Youma, too! I bet it was busy, but I guess that doesn't preclude the possibility of its being fun, right?

Likewise, it was great talking to you at High Park! It makes me sad that we likely won't talk again (well, in person...) until... I don't even know, since the TACs are out for you. ): Not that I blame you, as you know. But... I'm just a little ashamed of myself for not socializing and loosening up more at an event that is more or less for that purpose - to relax and have fun and eat various pastries, stuff like that...

Thank you - and thank you! :D It means a lot, really. (: FAAAABULOOOUUUUUS. I guess the gold spandex helps... and... and the bright pink lipstick... not that you can see that latter part all that well there. (Meanwhile, you can see the gold spandex almost too well! ... I don't really know what I mean by that either.)

I can tell you about my 'surprise costume' maybe next time we see each other on MSN... it's kind of stupid, and I actually MIGHT have mentioned it before? I think everyone who hasn't seen GL is probably going to think I'm supposed to be either a zombie or a heroin addict version of the character, but those who HAVE... should get the idea... I think.

Damn skippy.

Hello to you from your desktop! :D <3 (Good plan. ): I think we spent more time 'punching' your laptop and not being able to send messages than actually talking the other night. )': )

We do, yes. O: Uh... I wish I could suggest other roommates, but there's neither anyone up here who could join me, nor anyone I know down in Maryland. ): Usually, I actually stay the extra night (Sunday night) so that I don't have to get out of the hotel at midday and then either leave right away or carry all my stuff all around the convention. I could handle the extra cost of that one night in addition to the fraction I would be paying for Thursday/Friday/Saturday. O: I just find it a little (...well... a lot) more convenient to be able to enjoy all of the convention and get a good sleep the night it ends, then leave the next morning. If that's any trouble, of course, then I hope 'don't worry about it' goes without saying ( ... )
