{ rocking out to Tiger Army: thanks to
renireligion }

disclaimer:  I'm not a fan of coffee. Seriously. Never have been, never will be.

I do however loove bathing in it. Who says coffee's only for drinking?

anyways i'd occasionally have a highly addicted coffee bath that involves soaking in freshly brewed coffee & scrubbing self down with warm vanilla sugar scrub   from Bath & Body Works. The combination of the two scents will intoxicate you like a druggie on LSD.

Fact: studies show that caffeine can help get rid of sun damaged skin cells. Also, most anti-cellulite creams have caffeine to supposedly "reduce" appearance cellulite.

This morning i fumbled through my cabinet for a scrub to rid of the icky oily skin. ( too tired to wash my face last night) Then i remembered this face scrub tutorial i read somewhere on xanga.

Ingredients:
  • leftover coffee grinds from your morning coffee
  • honey
mixed a palmful of coffee & honey. apply to face. scrub GENTLY. leave for 10 minutes. Wash off. Remember to slap on sunscreen if you're heading out.

someone thought asked if i was from Turkestan yesterday... double U Tee Eff. Do i look like a freagin muslim >_<

but then at the same time, i'm quite amused. I have had lots of people guessing my nationality, and Turkestan is a first :D

sunscreen, anti-cellulite, turkestan, bath, coffee, vanilla sugar scrub, honey, nationality
