Step 1: From the PayPal website choose 'sign up' then the page will proceed to this (see pic below). This choose the Personal type of account.

I have just started getting used to Paid To Click sites where i can earn money from clicking ads... I'm hoping to earn as much as i can with just viewing advertisements. Clicking ads just takes a small portion of your time, say you devote an hour or a few minutes in clicking ads in the PTC sites you have joined.
