I really loathe writing papers, I just can't get into a rhythm of more than a few sentences without being forestalled or distracted.
instead of writing about virtue, here is the short list:
1. I am a dumb-butt, because my driver's test is NEXT week. Sorry to pump you all up like that (/sarcasm)
2. boysboysboys
3. Something I've noticed: My natural default of psyche is to settle into "Y'know, I'm a pretty cool person, after all, and not that bad looking either" but when I go out into the world, that's when the self-confidence is shattered. Lately I've been suffering from the dreaded blank-mind-what-do-I-say moments a lot lately.
4. Peach, plum, pear, peach, plum (I'm dying for spring and summer fruit)
5. While talking about classical Greek art, we received a handout on how bronze sculptures are made. Did you know bronze expands when it cools? I didn't, and I think that is very very neat. Also I really want to make a bronze sculpture now, all I need now is to get my hands on some molten bronze.
edit: while taking on a little multi-tasking by writing a paper and reviewing cds, I began playing the Punch Brothers. Behold! the most excellent paper writing music I have ever listened to. Its bluegrass primarily, but sometimes epic and sometimes sweet and its got a wonderful Spaghetti Western Co. feel. The fierce playing of string instruments is Devil Went Down to Georgia and typing like fire and the words flow freely.
