I am continually amazed at the summaries people post to fic search comms.
I'm going to be staying the night at Mom's place for at least another week. Wah. It's got to be done, but her guest bed is hard and her guest bedroom is hot. Hopefully I won't spend all night waking up at every noise like I did last night. I'm so tired.
I'm looking into some home care options. Dunno if they'll be any more affordable than the assisted living options, and Mom is so incredibly fussy about people cleaning (she's a terrible housekeeper, but no one else can do it to her satisfaction) but maybe it will be a more workable solution than the impossible task of convincing her to move.
